The hotel is close to the town center. This made shopping convenient. the parking voucher definitely simplified parking. breakfast included personalized options and excellent service. the staff provided a complimentary glass of prosecco, a nice touch.
i received a call about a room change at check-in, inconvenient. the low floor room that i booked was given to another guest. this change caused mobility issues, as my new room was several flights of stairs up.

I found the room very clean and well kept. breakfast was amazing. The plate remained hot throughout the meal. the shower pressure IS excellent, something I appreciated having long hair. the complimentary prosecco at arrival was a NICE touch.
the dining room was COLD during breakfast, made for a slightly uncomfortable experience.
